Export Controls

U.S. Government export controls regulate what kinds of technologies, services and information may be shared with sanctioned countries.  U.S. export control regulations cover many different types of transactions falling within the definition of export.  For more information about export controls, visit Yale’s Office of Research Administration Export Controls website and Understanding Export and Import Restrictions on the International Toolkit.
