International Tax Office

Yale’s International Tax Office website provides guidance on U.S. and international tax requirements relevant to international students, scholars and visitors (and the schools, departments, and offices hosting them).  Find tax forms, publications, policies, FAQs, and a tool to guide you through the process of making a payment from Yale to non-U.S. individuals.

Center for International and Professional Experience, Yale College

CIPE offers a wide variety of resources for students seeking international experience, including information, advice, and guidance to potential travelers.  The site contains comprehensive pre-departure and health & safety checklists that will aid faculty, staff, graduate students and post-docs as well.

Yale Travel Management

Visit Yale Travel Services to book travel through Orbitz for Business (air and train), find ground transportation and hotels, get up to speed on insurance options, and view tips and information to make your travel easier and safer: currency converters, passport and visa information, ATM locators, the Yale employee travel guide and travel policies, and more.

Yale Health

Information Technology Services

Yale’s ITS website covers a wide span of information relevant to international activities:  accessing your email remotely, how to protect data and other guidance on secure computing, what to do in the event your device is lost or stolen, advice and resources for hardware and software needs, and communications tips that will improve connectivity and may reduce costs.

Global Health Office, Yale School of Medicine

The Global Health office facilitates opportunities for medical students to experience medicine as it is practiced throughout the world and to enrich the learning environment at YSM by providing opportunities for students from international schools to come to Yale for clinical electives. Office of International Students and Scholars

The OISS serves Yale’s community of international scholars, students, and their families.  Go to the OISS’ website for guidance on inbound visa, immigration, and employment eligibility matters; tax issues; and numerous resources and tips to help prepare incoming overseas students for arrival.

Office of Research Administration

University Tax Office

With a focus on the University’s compliance with U.S. federal and state tax laws, the University Tax Office serves as a resource to the Yale community on tax issues.  Locate forms and publications, guidance on employment tax issues, and tax information for international students, scholars, researchers, and other nonresident aliens at Yale.  The International Tax Office is a part of the University Tax Office.

Yale Environmental Health & Safety
